bin/flume dump: Allow specifying output format

            Description

            Would be great to be able to specify the output format to be used by 'bin/flume dump', like:

            bin/flume dump 'syslogTcp(5140)' avrojson

            That'd be pretty easy to fold into the existing script (while bin/flume dump -f avrojson 'syslogTcp(5140)' would be harder).
