Agents end up in ERROR mode when all collectors are killed in BE or DFO mode

            Description

            When I kill all collectors in mulit-collector multi-master configuration, the agent ends up in ERROR state and even restartinig a collector does not help. Works fine in E2E mode though. – Alex K
