Update Thrift to 0.5.0

            Description

            I have changes that update the version of Thrift to 0.5 (will attach shortly).

            The remaining problem with them is that Thrift 0.5 as released breaks when you pass a null in for the body (or leave it unset).

            We want Thrift 0.5 for the SASL support...

            Thoughts on a good way to handle the NULL event body? This test was done as a result of FLUME-435.
