RollSink should roll based on text in the event's body

            Description

            Currently a roll is based on either time or size( I guess this knob is not ON yet). It would be great if I had a custom RollSink based on the content of the event. This generally would be useful to flume XML files.

            For eg., I may need to roll a file if the body contains </root> in it. I am expecting a RollSink that takes "</root>" as an argument to do the roll.
