[core] The control used to filter lists should have consistent label and info text

All the screens that have lists have a filter control. Usually the filter control has no label. On the Oozie screens the filter control has the label "Filter". That should probably be removed to be consistent with the other screens.
Sometimes the info text prompts you for what to enter. The File Browser has info text "Search for file name". But the Beewax and Impala apps info text just says "Search ...". It probably should say "Search for query".
