[oozie] Unable to use select popup box to change workflow after importing

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Hue, any version (incl. upto 2.3.0 current).
2. Oozie app -> Workflows -> Import.
3. Import any MapReduce workflow.xml(attached workflow.xml works)
4. Imported WF view appears.
5. Click on the edit button for the MR action.
6. Click on the "..." button for Jar Name to select a jar.
7. The "Choose a folder" box pops up, but you can't choose anything.
