            Description

            Also add test cases for every component in app_reg folder. IE: pth.py, build.py, registry.py.

            app_reg.py should support absolute and relative paths in the app.reg and hue.pth files that it generates. hue.pth should contain paths relative to the parent folder containing the hue.pth file (<root>/build/env/lib/python<version>/site-packages). app.reg should contain paths relative to <root>/apps.
