[oozie] Shell or sqoop arguments missing in import workflow

            Description

            I have built a workflow with a action Sqoop that works good.
            Then I downloaded workflow.xml of HDFS and imported with HUE.
            The import phase didn´t fail but the steps of workflows are corrupted, for example, none of the params are loaded in HUE UI.
