[oozie] Kill email action is not saved

Pick an existing workflow (even maybe a new one):

1. Go to edit kill node
2. Enter a body
3. click save

There is no validation and it says saved.

Put a to and cc address. Click save. 'This field is required.' message appears. Any combination not showing up this error message would lead to not saving the email action.
