[hbase] Display and edit binary avro

            Description

            File Browser can display small binary avro file. It would be nice to do the same in HBase.

            We might need a particular backend call and just do it in the editor.

            "Avro is binary, but the HDFS browser shows it as JSON. I was hoping for similar for HBase. "
