[oozie] Support coordinator datasets from s3 and hcat

as I set my input path as s3n://xxx-xxx/${YEAR}${MONTH}${DAY}/${HOUR}
and its preappend

${nameNode}s3n://xxx-xxx/${YEAR}${MONTH}${DAY}/${HOUR}
