            Description

            1. '#' and other URI characters in rows and columns bug out the API
            2. Improve the cell history (hilighted position, show timestamp, etc.)
            3. Autocomplete shouldn't reset cursor position to the beginning
            4. Timestamp hides value of cell
            5. Autocomplete rows shouldn't launch on empty
            6. Display empty table notice
