[oozie] Multiple sets of job properties for a single workflow

When using Oozie CLI, sometimes you will have a single Oozie workflow with several job.properties files, specifying different sets of parameters. In Hue, I can only provide one set of job properties. It would be great if I could have several sets of job properties, and select both a job and a property-set when submitting or scheduling a job.
