[beeswax][impala] Allow saved queries to use folders

            Description

            When saving many queries in the Beeswax and Impala apps, especially with many users, there becomes a need to use folders to organize the library. It would be helpful if these apps provided such a folder functionality for the "Saved Queries" sections.
