[dbquery] Show errors in the UI in case of DB connection failure

            Description

            If you configure a DB where you have no access (like you are trying to access from a non-allowed host) it just fails on the logs but doesn't report anything on the UI. We should probably trigger a UI error whenever there's an error on the DB layer
