[core] Adding a new tag remove the sample tag

            Description

            Have the examples installed, clone one.

            On this one, click to edit its tag, create a new on and save. The 'example' tag is replaced by the new one in the left menu.
            Also the Save button is not reseted.

            A Refresh fixes the problems.
