`make install' fails if the working tree is not clean

            Description

            The fix for HUE-2 causes a `make install' error if the working tree is not clean:

            make[2]: Leaving directory `/srv/hudson/workspace/hue-tarball/build/release/prod/installdir/apps/beeswax'
            Failed to symlink /srv/hudson/workspace/hue-tarball/build/release/prod/installdir/apps/beeswax/conf/hue-beeswax.ini to /srv/hudson/workspace/hue-tarball/build/release/prod/installdir/desktop/conf/hue-beeswax.ini: [Errno 17] File exists
