[oozie] "Could not save workflow" error message requires substantially more information

"Could not save workflow" is a baffling error message for a user. The reason(s) why the workflow could not be saved must be told to the user so that they are able to correct the fault.

(or the interface should not allow unsaveable workflows to be created in the first place, but that is another matter)
