Wrong dependencies in the manual + minor inconsistency

The manual lists librarysqlclient-dev as a dependency for Debian while libmysqlclient-dev is the correct one. It is also missing ant for both which is required to build (strictly speaking Java is also required but I guess ant takes care of that one).

There's also an example path /usr/share/ while you've used /usr/local/ before. It's probably better to be consistent.
