Wording Improvements for Job Browser

Recommended wording changes for the Job Browser UI

In the Job Browser window, change these commands on the Filter Jobs menu:
– "All states" to "All States"
– "running" to "Running"
– "completed" to "Completed"
– "failed" to "Failed"
– "killed" to "Killed"

In the Job Browser window, in the Query text boxes, change:
– "filter on user" to "User Name Filter"
– "text filter" to "Job Name Filter"

In the Job Tasks window, change:
– "view all tasks" to "View All Tasks"

In the Metadata window, change:
– "id" to "ID"

In the Counters window, change:
– "Hdfs" to "HDFS"
