[oozie] Show execution tree in Dashboard when involving subworkflows

Sophisticated workflows often include a tree of subworkflows (I've gone four deep before) to enable reuse, readability, maintainability, etc. etc. It would be great if the Dashboard showed the executions of these workflows in a tree form instead of flat entries for each node.
