[jb] Display of metadata on Job Browser

The configuration keys listed in the table on the Metadata tab of a job page have been capitalised and look strange. These should be lower-case.

There is also no way of sorting the table unlike others on different tabs. The text filter box helps to find entries but if the table were in sorted order I think it would be easier to read.
