[oozie] Visualize coordinator dependencies

It's a common solution to use dataset dependencies to control the run order of different coordinators / workflows. There is no visualization of this at the moment. A DAG view depicting the dependencies between coordinator using their datasets, along with a workflow to monitor running datasets would be very helpful to understand what's happening without needing to read through all the scheduled coordinators.
