[metastore] Create a new table from a file requires Windows (\r\n) line endings

When using the Create Table from file option it requires a file with \r\n line endings. Trying to import a file with Mac or Unix line endings doesn't seem to work (i.e. \n).

Should add in a detection for \r\n or \n and the modify the line terminator in the detection process.
