[oozie] Display dashboard graph of workflows not submitted from the editor

            Description

            1. parse XML with XLT
            2. extract the nodes and links
            3. convert these nodes and links to the new graph format (pre-process to get a hierarchy, need to look at the current UI format)

            Let's see for 3 when 1 and 2 look good!
