[oozie] Localized date validation in coordinator dataset editing

When creating or editing a dataset in an oozie coordinator, I cannot save the dataset due to an invalid date error.

However, when I change my browsers preferred language to English, it works. I've tested this in both Firefox 36 and Chrome 41.

I've also tried changing the date to the Dutch standard (eg 02-04-2015) and sometimes I can save it and sometimes it changes to the English standard (04/02/2015) and it gives me the same error.
