Hue menu items sometimes don't link on hover

            Description

            I've noticed an intermittent problem with our Hue installation. On Mac OS X 10.10.3 and Chrome 43.0.2357.65 Hue will load and run fine but some menu items will not be linked on hover, or will have only a tiny area at the bottom that can be clicked. Often the home icon, query editors, and data browsers will work, but nothing to the right of them will work. Perhaps something funky with the JS library we're using for dropdown menus?
