[hbase] Collapse/expand is sometimes disabled

when I have "collapsed" (which really means hidden or filtered) columns, and then unselect them with the row-wise toggle, then the uncollapse/unfilter is disabled and you cannot show them all again, until you select one or all of them again and then use that button
