[jb] App crashes when there are more than 1,000,000 jobs

            Description

            When leaving user name blank in the job browser, it will try to get all
            the jobs from all users.
            It takes about 30 seconds to load when there are about 10,000 total jobs.
            The page crashes when there are more than 1,000,000 total jobs.
