Metastore Manager shows incorrect partition path for custom partition locations

When listing the partitions of a table the Hue Metastore Manager appears to be deriving the partition paths based on the location of the table path appended with the partition names and values. This does not take into consideration Hive table partitions that have custom locations, which could be pointing anywhere.

Hue Metastore Manager should retrieve the partition paths from the Hive metastore instead of deriving them itself.
