Hue wasn't properly failing over the Yarn ResourceManager

            Description

            Hue wasn't properly parsing the Yarn ResourceManager when it does a failover. This was exhibited by these messages appearing in the log:

            [17/Jun/2015 06:39:48 -0700] cluster      ERROR    RM default is not available, skipping it: string indices must be integers, not str

            This was reviewed in https://review.cloudera.org/r/5346, and fixed in https://github.com/cloudera/hue/commit/20a6d2c0c71bcdb0e30b0f4c55ff676e980a40bd.
