[metastore] Sorting the partition list in ascending order doesn't update target links

When viewing the partition list in the metastore for a partitioned table, de-selecting the "Sort Desc" checkbox and clicking filter will sort the results in ascending order but the link targets will remain as before.

To reproduce, go to a partition view for a table (e.g. http://localhost:8000/metastore/table/default/blog/partitions) and click through to a partition's files (View Partition Files) and note that the file path is correct. Then go back, click Add a Filter, deselect "Sort Desc", Filter, and click on "View Partition Files" for the first result. Note that the filepath is incorrect.
