Description
To decide, we might be fine but possibilities:
- Hue documents owned by hue (currently sample)
- install queries, files... done by hue (currently current user) workaround is to login as hue to install samples
change SAMPLE_USER_OWNER to hue in desktop/models.py
create a SAMPLE_USER_INSTALL
