[metastore] Support SparkSql API

            Description

            A lot of the Hive API is still not supported by Spark SQL.

            Current missing:

            1. open a table in metastore
            2. looking at data preview in assist
            1. are not working currently as SparSql does not support 'describe formatted' and other SQL syntax.
            2. start_over is also not supported
            3. get_tables_metadata is not supported and getTables(), returns []
            4. getting query logs seems broken
