[oozie] Clicking on workflow in read-only mode breaks the view

In Workflow Editor choose a particular workflow (e.g. a very simple one with 1 or 2 sequential steps). Click on it to open, but stay in read-only mode, do not click on Edit.

Click on the boxes of the workflow. Notice that they become wider but shorter, and vertically collapse into each other.

Clicking again on the same box doesn't restore the correct layout. You need to reload the page.

Expected: when not in Edit mode, clicking shouldn't do anything.
