[core] Warn the user when query results exprted to CSV/XLS are truncated

            Description

            When you export the results of a Hive query to XLS or CSV the rowcounts are limited to 30k and 1m respectively. This is done silently in the background and can lead users to be unsure as to whether they have the complete dataset or not.

            A notification could be shown whenever results are truncated to warn users that they are not seeing the full dataset.
