            In playing with hbase increments and using HUE to view results HUE is displaying INT64 values to be AAAAAAABnyA=

            Per hbase shell actual value is \x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x01\x9A\x00 (expected)

            but human should have been a more "readible" number
