File upload - percentage completion is not correct

Build - pulled the code from upstream on 2/18

Steps:

Upload a large zip file (I uploaded 2.5 GB zip file)

Expected result: the percentage completion shows 100%, the file should be uploaded

Actual result: even after completion is done i.e. it showed 100%, the spinner kept rotating and it took long to upload the file.

What I believe is happening is the completion shows for the parent directory creation and not the files which were archived within the zip file. It should consider the upload for the files as well
