            Description

            ArtButton

            ...is too unnecessarily heavy (lots of JS SVG/VML).
            ...breaks form buttons, requiring even more unnecessary JS.
            ...is visually buggy (rounding issues in VML).

            We should replace this with a very light and minimal CSS Component.
