[jb] Logs of finished Oozie workflow are not displayed

Probably related to log logic change.

1. Execute the Hive workflow example
2. Click on the log link on the action
3. See the logs
4. When the job is succeeded, refresh the page
5. The logs are now blank

It might be because we fetch the container logs instead of the MAP logs now.
