[editor] Log panel does not auto scroll to the bottom when new logs arrive

e.g. when running 'Job loss' example with the logs icon clicked, seems like after the initial call, it does not scroll down.

(we also had a logic to let the user scroll by himself, then when if goes back to the very bottom, the auto scroll down restarts)
