Socket timeout of 2s is too aggressive in Thrift plugin

The socket read timeout for the Thrift plugins is set a bit aggressively at 2s - we're seeing timeouts under very little load. 5s or more would be fine, especially because Thrift can be configured to use a pool of worker threads via dfs.thrift.threads.*
