[impala] Saved Queries duplicate and disappear

At least two things are happening:

1. When you save a query in Impala, all the other saved queries temporarily disappear:

• Before saving (existing saved queries display):
  

• After saving (only the new saved query displays)
  

• After navigating away from Impala and back again (all saved queries display)
  

2. In Impala, the user is sometimes prompted to Save As when the query should simply Save (b/c it exists). You end up with multiple queries with the same name (in the UI anyway).

1. Create query and save (query is named)
2. Edit query and don't save
3. Navigate away and back (name is gone)
4. Attempt to save the query
5. When prompted to Save As, save as the same name
6. View Saved Queries (you have dupes)
