[editor] Keep snippet DB list in sync like the assist

When user drop some databases, the db list on the left panel gets updated promptly as expected, but the suggestions of the "possible" db list doesn't update promptly which requires a hard refresh to be updated.

If user selects the non-exist one, it will throw error since that default db doesn't exist any more.
