[editor] Allow to send queries even after closing the session

            On page: https://westeros.edh.cloudera.com:8888/notebook/editor

            Click on the "Sessions" icon to load the "Sessions" tab, then without doing anything, click on the "Close X" icon

            observe on the UI, it throws error: "Failed to close session, session handle may already be closed or timed out." and shows "There are currently no active sessions.".

            Is this error message correct? If yes, the "Close X" icon should be disabled?
