[notebook] Fix notebook TestHiveserver2ApiWithHadoop.test_explain

Although Hue by default is built with Hive 1, Hive 2 set hive.explain.user to true by default. This test is expecting output when this setting is false, so, we change it in line inside this test to avoid failures when switching Hive version.
