UI: Job designer: Auto refresh not working on running job

            Description

            Auto refresh not working on running job. In Jib Designer, created a new PI jar job. Submitted it to cluster. In the launched jobs screen, the status showed "running: and the note said "this view will auto refresh in 9 seconds." It did not auto refresh even though I waited several minutes. The history tab also showed it as running after 15 minutes. (IE 8.0.7600 Windows 7)
