[beeswax] Remove max_rows limit for HiveServer2 get_configuration

Currently HiveServer2 get_configuration calls are being truncated after 1000 rows. This doesn’t make sense in this context as users will want to access all of their settings. Since there is going to be an upper limit on the number of settings returned, there doesn’t need to be this limit.
