- Description:
In case of creating lots of Oozie Workflow files, Some customers want to manage Work flows based on folder structure
- which is to provide lots of benefit to share all Work-flow in the specific folder to other users.
Current version: Oozie Workflow is created root directory even though new Oozie Workflow file is created under sub-directory as unlike hive & Impala query files.
- Reproduce Step:
1) Click "My Documentation" icon on the top menu.
- See the Step 1 image.
2) Create New Folder using "New folder" icon and then click "Create" button. - New Folder Name : WorkDir
3) Click created New folder(WorkDir) after creating Step 2)
4) In the "My Documentation > Work Dir" Page, Click "New Documentation" Icon and then select "Oozie Workflow" to create new Workflow : See the capture image named Step 4
5) In the Oozie Editor, Click Save icon to save new Oozie Workflow. - name : TestWorkflow : See the capture image named Step 5
6) To return "My Documentation", do Step 1)
7) The created New Oozie Workflow is created at Root Directory not WorkDir sub-directory. - This is not expected behavior.
- See the captured Step 5
: This Workflow can move from root directory to the sub-directory using drag-and-drop.
