Jars set in session's context are not loaded

I did apply HUE-4761 to 3.11, and the jars selection in the session is working fine.

But the jars selected do not seem to be loaded properly.

After setting the jars and recreating the session, the expected class (com.databricks.spark.csv) is still not found.

Not exactly sure where the problem stands, between Hue or Livy, but any help would be appreciated.
